- We are happy to replace or refund your purchase within 14 days.
How do I return faulty items?
- Please contact us with the details of your return to confirm our Reply Paid postage address.
- You will need to include:
- The whole item in new condition including packaging.
- The invoice number on which the item was purchased.
- A note if you would prefer replacement (if possible), an account credit or a refund.
Do you offer Reply Paid postage on returns?
- Yes - we will provide a postage paid return address for return of faulty items within Australia once your return has been approved.
- We do not reimburse postage of returns by other methods.
- We do not assume the cost of shipping returns from outside of Australia.
