Wholesale Returns Policy
Do you offer returns?
- Yes - we are happy for you to return any item that is faulty. We love happy customers!
 - We do not offer returns due to a change of mind or change of circumstances.
 - We will happily replace the item if possible or apply a credit to your account.
 - We do not offer refunds on faulty items.
 
When do items need to be returned by?
- Any faulty items must be returned within 3 months of shipment.
 - After that time we will only accept returns at our discretion.
 
How do I return faulty items?
- Please contact us with the details of your return to confirm our Reply Paid postage address.
 - You will need to include: 
	
- The whole item (without packaging).
 - The invoice number on which the item was purchased.
 - A note if you would prefer replacement (if possible) or an account credit.
 
 
Do you offer Reply Paid postage on returns?
- Yes - we will provide a postage paid return address for return of faulty items within Australia once your return has been approved.
 - We do not reimburse postage of returns by other methods.
 - We do not assume the cost of shipping returns from outside of Australia.
